If real quality problem happens,generally we send new one to customer free with other goods customer ordered

Generally we have no MOQ,but if the quantity is very small, our price is higher than large quantity.

Yes, we can design but customer should give very specific requirements.And the service is not free.

Generally our price is EXW, customer can choose that the goods will be picked from our factory by customers themselves or we arrange delivery for them.Customer can compare the price and make final decision.

For sample order, we need 10-15 days and for mass order, we need 30 days after receiving deposit

First customer give bill of quantity, based on these, we will give quotation.If customer confirm price, then customer should pay deposit.Then we will make drawing for customer to confirm if necessary and then after confirm drawing, then we began to produce.After the production is finished, then customer should arrange 70% balance payment.

Generally we accept T/T.Generally custom should pay 30 percent deposit in advance and then after the production is finished, customer should be balance 70 percent before loading.We will send photo or video for customer to check.But for small or sample order ,west union is also acceptable.

To Judge if the outdoor furniture is good or not, first is aluminium thickness.Generally good quality use at least 1.2mm thick pipe.Second the painting need to strong enough.Use key to scratch the surface of painting aluminium surface ,if the color peels off very easily,then the painting is not good enough.Good quality outdoor furniture will have only one slight mark without peeling off.Third is teak wood comes from Burma.Last is fabric is generally from Sunproof from Indonesia or Sunbrella from USA.

Common outdoor furniture companies/factories generally have stock ,but custom made factories have no stock generally.Common ready made furniture factories have limited items,and generally can not custom made furniture according to customers’ design unless very huge quantity.But custom made furniture factories can custom made any furniture according to customers’ design.

Our Quality warranty time is 3 years.Generally common factory’s warranty time is 2 years,but since we use good quality material , we give three years quality warranty time.
